Andrew Collins, Co-Founder and President/CEO

Andrew Collins is an educator and social entrepreneur with two decades of experience in Arizona as a consultant, school director, and classroom teacher. In this time, Andrew has supported the launch of over 30 schools and numerous school improvement efforts focused on intentional school design and visionary leadership. Before joining New Learning Ventures, Andrew co-founded New Schools For Phoenix, a subsidiary of the Arizona Charter Schools Association that focused on developing high performing schools in low-income communities within the urban core of Phoenix.  In that role, Andrew also managed a startup grant program that awarded over $3.5 M in funding for new schools.  

Aaron Klusman, Co-Founder and Board Chairman

Aaron Klusman is a serial entrepreneur and private investor who specializes in retail real estate development and collaborative enterprises that inspire a common good. He is Founder/Owner of Neighborhood Concepts under which he has founded such companies as Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt and Modern Grove, a neighborhood eatery and market.

Aaron has also created a civic organization of businessmen called Camelback Society, which helps risk takers better incorporate their faith and work.  He serves on the boards of Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo School of Business, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt, Hustle Phoenix, and Escondido Innovations, Inc.
